How to Play
Destroy the invading fleet, protect your shelters and survive long enough to confront the Alien Queen.
Keyboard controls
- Move
- Left and Right arrows, or A and D
- Fire
- Hold Space for a straight shot
- Aim
- Hold Up or Down with Left or Right while firing to launch angled ricochet shots
- Super weapon
- Press X or C to launch, then press again to detonate
- EMP
- Press V to paralyse the alien formation
- Bubble shield
- Press B to activate or deactivate the shield
- Dash
- Hold Shift with Left or Right, or Shift with A or D
- Pause and audio
- P pauses the game. M mutes or restores audio.
- Restart or quit
- Press Enter after game over. Press Escape to quit.
Touch controls
- Move
- Drag horizontally inside the movement area
- Fire
- Hold the Fire button for continuous straight shots
- Aim
- Drag from the Fire button to select a steep or shallow angled shot
- Super weapon
- Tap Super to launch, then tap it again to detonate
- EMP
- Tap EMP to paralyse the alien formation
- Bubble shield
- Tap Bubble to activate or deactivate the shield
- Dash
- Tap Dash to evade rapidly across the battlefield
- Pause
- Tap Pause. Tap Play to resume combat.
Combat essentials
- Accuracy, speed and scoring performance earn additional Super and EMP charges.
- The Bubble shield becomes available later in the campaign and loses energy while active or when struck by heavy weapons.
- Angled shots ricochet from the side walls and can reach enemies hidden behind the formation.
- Survive all 30 levels and defeat the Alien Queen to win.
